Professional Disclosures

As of July 1, 2024, the U.S. Department of Education updated Regulation 34 CFR 668.43 (a) (5) (v) that requires professional programs to provide:

• a list of all states/jurisdictions where the institution’s curriculum meets state educational requirements for professional licensure or certification,

• a list of all states/jurisdictions where the institution’s curriculum does not meet state educational requirements for professional licensure or certification.

The location of a distance education student will be determined at the time of initial enrollment into the educational program.

Neosho County Community College will not advertise, recruit, or enroll prospective students in “does not meet” or “not determined” states/territories; unless the student attests that they will seek licensure and employment in a designated “meets” state/territory.
