After high school graduation, have your transcript sent to NCCC by mail or fax.

Please have all previous college work mailed directly from each school. No faxed copies will be accepted as official. You may also have your official transcripts sent through the National Student Clearinghouse.

If you have not taken a placement test, you will need to take the Accuplacer exam. (Chanute) The CAVE is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday thru Thursday, and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday (Ottawa) Testing in the TLC is available from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

If you are a current High School student applying for Financial Aid, please send your High School Transcript through the first semester of your senior year. An official copy will also be required after you graduate, showing your graduation date and signature of a school official. If you have already graduated from High School/GED, please send your complete High School Transcript. This is for scholarships. Please send them to the Financial Aid Office.
